Youngstown Police Traffic Stop Becomes Warrant Execution

Youngstown, NY - On 02/17/2017 at 2303 Hrs, Village of Youngstown Officer Catipovic made a traffic stop behind 310 Lockport St in the Village of Youngstown. Upon making contact with the occupants of the vehicle, Officer Catipovic recognized a passenger as 23 year old Myquan Pringle, whom she knew to have an active arrest warrant for robbery 2nd out of the City of Niagara Falls. Upon removing Pringle from the vehicle and asking for identification, Pringle fled on foot and entered the rear of 310 Lockport St. An exterior perimeter was immediately set up as several units from Niagara County Sheriff's Office and New York State Police responded for assistance. Pringle was known to be armed and was considered dangerous. The Sheriff's Office Emergency Response Team (ERT) was activated and responded.

Irondequoit Police Officer Charged With Cyber Stalking His Ex-Girlfriend

ROCHESTER, N.Y.- Acting U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that William Robert Rosica, 50, of Irondequoit NY, was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with stalking and unlawful access to a protected computer. The charges carry a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
 
Assistant U.S. Attorney Melissa M. Marangola, who is handling the case, stated that according to the complaint, following the victim (L.M.) decision to end a three-year relationship with Rosica in February 2016, the defendant set out on nearly a year-long campaign to harass and torment the woman.  Between March 2016 and February 28, 2017, the defendant targeted the victim with a barrage of harassing text messages, phone calls, and emails. In addition, the victim's work email account and online medical system had numerous unauthorized access attempts. Rosica also targeted the victim's ex-husband and co-workers.

School Bus/Pickup Truck Injury Accident Town of Royalton

Royalton, NY - On Friday March 3, 2017 at approximately 0808 hours, Niagara County Communications received several 911 calls reporting an injury accident at the intersection of Rochester Road and Griswold Street in the Town of Royalton involving a pickup truck and a school bus. Patrol units responded and found both vehicles still in the intersection. The investigation reveals that a southbound school bus on Griswold Street, after stopping at the stop sign, proceeded to turn east onto Rochester Road, also while simultaneously a northbound pickup truck, after stopping at their stop sign, continued north striking the bus.  The driver of the pickup truck was transported by private vehicle to Eastern Niagara Hospital-Lockport for treatment of a non-life threatening injury.

NORTH TONAWANDA, NY:  The North Tonawanda Police Department, according to recent information released by the Department, is still attempting to locate Michael C. Faulhaber who was reported missing by his family. Michael was last seen on Dale Drive in North Tonawanda on March 14, 2016. Michael is a 40 year old white male. He is 5' 5" tall and weighs 130 lbs. Jamia Holland was last seen on Tuesday, February 28, 2017. Jamia is a black female and has brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5’2” tall and weighs 230 pounds. She was last known to be wearing sky-blue pants, a black bomber jacket, and black sandals. She may be wearing glasses.
