Craft some cool fun at the Carrousel Museum!

Don’t spend the holidays cooped up at home—celebrate the season with a trip to the Carrousel Museum! Escape the winter weather and enjoy one last ride for the year. And for kids out of school we’ve got something special; each day features fun winter or holiday themed crafts from different decades. Make your own Victorian paper cornucopia; a “stained glass” paper ornament; or perhaps a carrousel horse card using German paper-cutting techniques. Learn more about holiday traditions by exploring hands-on objects and completing our Holiday Scavenger Hunt of the museum’s themed Christmas trees.

Mark your calendar to join us anytime Thursday – Monday, December 26 – 30 between 12:00pm and 4:00pm. The program is included in regular admission ($6 adults; $5 seniors; $3 children ages 2 – 16). The museum is closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and is closed for the season starting Tuesday, December 31, 2013.
