Tonawanda Man Sentenced on Child Porn Charges | News
BUFFALO, NY-- A Tonawanda man is heading to prison on child porn charges.
Anthony Amato, Jr., 40, was sentenced to three years behind bars Tuesday after being convicted of possession of child pornography.
Amato will also have to serve five years on probation after his release.
Amato was arrested in December of 2007 after officials raided his home and found three videos and 17 images of child pornography on a computer and disks.
Amato admitted that he obtained the videos and images over the internet.
